Executive Director Tammy Bowman most enjoys facilitating the connection between a donor’s intent and a recipient’s need, even though their eras may never overlap. She joined the Foundation in 2013, bringing a background in research, marketing, program, community, and donor development to the civic life of South Madison County.

Scholarship Manager Lisa Floyd led the Foundation’s daily operations from 2008-2017. She now works part time with the Foundation's scholarship and nonprofit development programs. An accomplished cook, animal lover, and EMT, she lives within walking distance to work, the park, and the library.

Sue Patton, Office Assistant, joined the Foundation to focus on tornado case management and offer flexible support and increased capacity to Foundation operations. She loves spreadsheets, Best Buddies, Tri Kappa, and seeing her two adult sons give back to their community.
